Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 240 gPasta
- 1000 mlWater (To cook pasta)
- 100 gKomatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)
- 190 mlShimeji mushroom
- 2 pcsCanned tuna (in oil)
- 480 mlWater
- 3 tbspMayonnaise
- 4 tbspMentsuyu (Noodle soup base)
Garnish
- Shredded nori (To taste)
- Yuzu zests (To taste)
Steps
1) Cut komatsuna into 5 cm lengths. Cut off shimeji mushroom stems and separate them.
2) Pour water over pasta in a microwave-safe dish. Ensure pasta is fully covered with water.
3) Select Micro Power 1000W | 5 mins.
Note: Cooking time may vary depending on pasta type.
4) Drain cooked pasta. Add water and mayonnaise to mix. Spread cut komatsuna and shimeji mushrooms on top. Add canned tuna and mix evenly with its sauce.
5) Fill water tank. Place bowl in the centre of the Microwave Oven, uncovered. Select Combi 5 [Steam 1 + Convection] 170 °C | 10 mins
6) Add mentsuyu and mix until well combined. Garnish with thinly sliced nori leaves and yuzu zests. Serve warm.
