Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 300 gYakisoba noodle
- 45 mlYakisoba sauce
- 100 gCabbage
- 30 gCarrot
- 70 gBeansprouts, Chives
- 100 gBeef slices
Garnish
- Aonori (Seaweed Powder Flakes) (To taste)
- Pickled Ginger (To taste)
- Bonito Flakes (To taste)
Steps
1) Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Cut Chinese chives into 3cm pieces. Cut carrot into slices.
2) Mix yakisoba sauce with noodles.
3) Spread beef slices on the grill tray.
Tip: Use loin meat to reduce oiliness
4) Cook beef slices with Convection 180°C | 12 mins.
5) Lay cabbage, chives, carrot, bean sprouts and top it off with noodles.
6) Place grill tray in the middle shelf. Select Combi 10 | 10 mins. Add 1 min Steam Shot for softer noodles.
Tip: Cook 5 mins more for crispier noodles
7) Garnish with bonito flakes, aonori and pickled ginger. Serve warm and enjoy.
