Ingredients
Servings:2
- 500 mlWarm full cream milk
- 2 tbspYogurt
For topping:
- ½ cup Strawberries
- ½ cup Blackberries
- ½ cup Rock melon, cubes
- 2 nosKiwi, sliced
- 1 cupGranola
- Pomegranate jam (optional)
- Mint leaves for garnishing
Steps
STEP 1
Add yogurt into warm milk and stir well. Place milk mixture into Cubie Oven and select “Fermentation” function, ferment at 40˚C for 6 hours.
STEP 2
Once ready remove from oven. Cover and let it set in fridge overnight.
STEP 3
Serve cold with mixed fruits and granola.
