Orange Pomegranate Salmon

Ingredients
- 800 gSalmon fillet
- 2 tbspOlive oil
- 1 noOrange, sliced
- Pinch of salt & pepper
For orange & pomegranate salsa:
- 1 noPomegranate
- 1 noOrange, coarsely chopped
- 1-2 nos Small red Onion, chopped (shallot)
- 1-2 pcs Jalapeno, minced
- 1-2 nos Lime, juice and zest
- Pinch of cumin powder
- Handful of Cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
STEP 1
Place salmon onto Cubie Oven baking tray and drizzle olive oil on top. Season with salt and pepper and then lay some orange slices on top.
STEP 2
Select “Steam” function. Place salmon into Cubie oven and steam for 10 minutes.
STEP 3
For the orange and pomegranate salsa, mix all ingredients together and chilled in fridge.
STEP 4
Serve steamed salmon with orange and pomegranate salsa.
