Ingredients

  • 800 gSalmon fillet
  • 2 tbspOlive oil
  • 1 noOrange, sliced
  • Pinch of salt & pepper

For orange & pomegranate salsa:

  • 1 noPomegranate
  • 1 noOrange, coarsely chopped
  • 1-2 nos Small red Onion, chopped (shallot)
  • 1-2 pcs Jalapeno, minced
  • 1-2 nos Lime, juice and zest
  • Pinch of cumin powder
  • Handful of Cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

STEP 1

Place salmon onto Cubie Oven baking tray and drizzle olive oil on top. Season with salt and pepper and then lay some orange slices on top.

STEP 2

Select “Steam” function. Place salmon into Cubie oven and steam for 10 minutes.

STEP 3

For the orange and pomegranate salsa, mix all ingredients together and chilled in fridge.

STEP 4

Serve steamed salmon with orange and pomegranate salsa.
