Cajun Shrimp Salad Bowl

Ingredients
- 12 nosShrimp
- 1 tbspOlive oil
- 1 noOrange, cut into segment
- 1 noAvocado, sliced
- 3-4 nos Red cherry radish, sliced
- Handful of salad leaves
- Handful cherry tomatoes, halved
For Cajun seasoning:
- 1 tbspCajun Seasoning
- 1 tspMixed Herb
- 1 tbspOlive oil
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
Steps
STEP 1
Place shrimp onto Cubie Oven baking tray and season shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
STEP 2
Select “Healthy Fry” function and preheat. Place Cajun shrimp into Cubie oven and cook on Healthy Fry for 7 minutes.
STEP 3
Place healthy-fried Cajun shrimp onto serving plate, followed by avocado, cherry radish, cherry tomatoes and salad leaves. Best served with citrus salad dressing.
