Seared Beef Salad
Light, healthy grilled beef salad.Neatly slice roast beef thanks to the soft frozen texture of Prime Fresh storage.

Ingredients
- 250 gbeef (cut of your choice)
- Your choice and amount of vegetables
- 0.25minced onion
- 0.5 tspgrated garlic
- 4 tbspponzu soy sauce
- 1 tspsesame oil
- Salad oil (as desired)
- Salt & pepper (as desired)
Steps
1) Season beef with salt and pepper.
2) Heat the salad oil in a frying pan, and grill the beef.
3) Once the surface has been grilled, wrap the beef in cling wrap and let it rest in Prime Fresh.
4) Heat the sesame oil in a small pot, add onion and cook until tender. Then add the garlic and ponzu soy sauce, and saute them to make the sauce.
5) Put the vegetables onto a serving dish, slice the beef, place it onto the vegetables, and cover with the sauce.
Cooking Tips Using -3°C Soft Freezing
Prime Fresh soft freezes raw beef at approx. -3°C to keep it fresh longer than fridge storage by preventing oxidation and the growth of bacteria. Soft-frozen meat is only moderately frozen to cut better than when chilled. Difficult-to-cut roast beef simply stored in Prime Fresh slices beautifully thin for a professional finish.
