Cinnamon Cashew Nut Milk
Making cashew milk at home is easier than you might think! You can whip up this wholesome cashew milk in your blender without straining! This easy cashew milk recipe is wonderful in coffee, baking recipes, smoothies and more! It is non-dairy milk and suitable for those who are lactose intolerant.
Ingredients
- 1 cupRaw cashew nuts, soaked for 6 hours and drained
- 4 cupsWater
- 0.25 tspCinnamon powder
- 6 pcsDates (kurma), deseeded
- Pinch of salt
Steps
1) Place all the ingredients into Panasonic Cooking Blender, select NUT MILK -> START.
2) Allow to cool for 10 minutes and ready to be served. Or, transfer the nut milk into airtight glass bottle and keep in refrigerator to serve cold.
