Orange Pomegranate Salmon

Ingredients

  • 800 gSalmon fillet
  • 2 tbspOlive oil
  • 1 noOrange, sliced
  • Pinch of salt & pepper

For orange & pomegranate salsa:

  • 1 noPomegranate
  • 1 noOrange, coarsely chopped
  • 2 nosSmall red Onion, chopped (shallot)
  • 2 pcsJalapeno, minced
  • 2 nosLime, juice and zest
  • Pinch of cumin powder
  • Handful of Cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

1) Place salmon onto Cubie Oven baking tray and drizzle olive oil on top. Season with salt and pepper and then lay some orange slices on top.

2) Select “Steam” function. Place salmon into Cubie oven and steam for 10 minutes.

3) For the orange and pomegranate salsa, mix all ingredients together and chilled in fridge.

4) Serve steamed salmon with orange and pomegranate salsa.
