Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 240 mlMilk or Plant-Based Milk
- 1 pcDragonfruit
- 2 tbspInstant Coffee
- 2 tbspGranulated Sugar
- 2 tbspCold Water
Steps
1) Remove dragon fruit skin and roughly chop flesh into pieces.
2) Add dragon fruit and milk to blender. Blend until smooth.
3) In a separate bowl, combine instant coffee, granulated sugar, and cold water. Whip mixture using a hand whisk or an electric mixer until it becomes thick and frothy.
4) Pour dragon fruit smoothie into a tall glass.
5) Top with whipped Dalgona coffee.
6) Serve cool and enjoy.
