Muah Chee
Mua Chi is a famous street food in Malaysia. It is basically sticky rice cake coated with sugar and peanuts. Brown sugar or Gula Merah can be used for the coating as they are generally healthier.
Ingredients
 
- 1 cupGlutinous rice flour
- 180 mlWater
- 1 tbspOil
Coating
- 50 g Peanuts, roasted and blended
- 20 gSugar
Steps
1) In a bowl, mix together glutinous rice flour, water and oil. Mix them together till well combined.
2) Pour the mixture into a casserole and place it into the Panasonic Cubie oven.
3) Select steam medium function and steam it for 18 minutes.
4) Once done, remove the casserole from Panasonic Cubie oven and set aside to cool for approximately 10 minutes.
5) In a separate bowl, mix together peanuts and sugar.
6) Oil a scissors and cut the dough into bite sizes and toss into the peanuts mixture.
7) The Mua Chi is ready to be served.
