Idly Dosa Powder / Chutney Powder
Idly Dosa Powder / Chutney powder is easy to make and a useful addition to your pantry. Both chana dal and urad dal have high nutritional content, and make for healthy meat-free alternatives.

Ingredients
- 0.25 cupSesame Seed
- 3 tspCoconut Oil
- 18Red Chilli
- 30 handfulCurry Leaf
- 30 cupChana Dal
- 0.25 cupUrad Dal
- 0.5 cupTurmeric Powder
- 0.5 cupHing
- 0.5to taste Salt
Steps
1) Add coconut oil in a pan and fry dried red chilli and curry leaves.
2) Add chana dal and urad dal and continue to fry.
3) Add sesame seeds and fry them till they turn golden brown.
4) Transfer them to chutney jar and blend to a coarse powder.
