Healthy fried spring rolls filled with salmon
These spring rolls are fried until crisp in the Cubie oven with minimal oil. Filled with low-fat salmon and cottage cheese, they deliver a delicious hit of umami-rich, full-bodied flavour.

Ingredients
Spring rolls (makes 6 spring rolls)
- 180 gsalmon
- 90 gred cabbage, shredded
- 30 gleek
- 120 gcottage cheese
- 6spring roll wrappers
- 1 tspolive oil
- Pinch of salt
- Black pepper to taste
Sauce
- 100 gtomatoes, boiled and chopped
- 20 gsweet chili sauce
- 5 mlfish sauce
Steps
1) Season salmon with salt and pepper.
2) Place a small mound of the chopped ingredients (salmon, red cabbage, and leek) with a small dollop of cottage cheese on each spring roll wrapper, then fold up.
3) Arrange the spring rolls on steam bake tray and brush them with olive oil.
4) After pre-heating the oven on Auto Menu 16, insert steam bake tray onto lower shelf position and press Start.
5) Mix all the sauce ingredients to enjoy the dish.
