Healthy Fried Snapper
If you love fried dishes but would rather have a healthier way to have your fish, the Cubie oven makes it a snap to have delicious air-fried snapper.

- 1small red snapper
- 1lemon, cut into slices
- 2pcs turmeric leaves
Dipping Sauce
- 4 tbspsoy sauce
- 1 tspgarlic, chopped
- 2bird’s eye chilies, chopped
- 1 tbspspring onion, chopped
- 2 tbspcoriander, chopped
Steps
1) Wash and clean the red snapper. Pat dry both sides with kitchen towel.
2) Cut three slits on each side of the fish.
3) Insert lemon slices into the slits.
4) Place the two pieces of turmeric leaves onto Cubie tray and arrange the fish on top.
5) To make the dipping sauce, mix together all the sauce ingredients.
6) Set Cubie oven to Healthy Fry with Preheat.
7) Place the fish into the Cubie oven and cook for 35 minutes or until fish is nicely cooked through.
8) Serve fish warm with dipping sauce on the side.
