The player comes with a unique stand which allows the device to be operated either vertically or horizontally. Home movies can also get the 3D treatment, with AVCHD movie files recorded on your HD Camcorder are able to be converted from 2D to 3D. The DMR-BBT01GNK has a handy SD memory card slot, for simple viewing of home movies and precious memories captured with your HD Camcorder or Digital Still Camera. The HD archiving function saves Full-HD images from an SD memory card to the built-in HDD or Blu-ray disc.

Download the Smartphone Remote App and then you can use your favourite smart device as a keyboard, to surf the net or to 'flick' content from your device to the keyboard and vice versa. External HDD Playback

Panasonic Blu-ray Players and Home Theatre systems are compatible with NTFS/ FAT32 format external hard disk drives, so you can enjoy music (FLAC, MP3), photos (JPEG, MPO), and camcorder video content (AVCHD, MP4) archived on an external HDD2.

Full-HD Up Sampling

Panasonic is proud to introduce Full-HD Up Sampling - Super Resolution Technology that Panasonic has developed independently to allow standard definition movies on DVD discs to approach Full HD quality. The picture is intelligently analysed to optimise the processing of each pixel.

Better Networking with DLNA

DLNA-certified Players and Home Theatres are easy to use with your home network. Share and enjoy digital photos (JPEG), music (MP3, WMA) and videos (AVCHD, WMV) by simply connecting to a network (LAN). For example, you can install a special App on your Smartphone and use it to access a DLNA-certified PC via a Wi-Fi router in another room. The PC works as a DLNA3 server where your collection of movies, photos and videos are stored. You can access, browse and view media stored on the server while in another room without having to worry about shuffling discs.

To use this application, an Internet connection and a Panasonic Skype Camera is required (TY-CC20W) which is available for purchase separately. Broadband internet connectivity required.
