4. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to complete the form. Panasonic takes no responsibility for late or incorrect forms.

5. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website and cost of returning the product is the customer's responsibility.

6. Refund is only valid on selected models as mentioned below and if Panasonic receives the product within 60 days from the purchase date and if, in the opinion of Panasonic, has been used in the recommended manner.

If the refund is approved, the refund will be given in the form of direct Credit to the Nominated NZ Bank Account via the online from.
