The Child Lock Protection feature makes it difficult for young children to operate the hob while not impacting the ease of use for you. Simply touch and hold for three seconds to lock or unlock the control panel.
Kitchens are busy places and it is easy to get distracted and forget potential hazards. When the hob has been operating for some time, there will be some residual heat, but your Panasonic hob will warn you by displaying the letter ‘H’ to indicate which of the zones are still too hot to touch.
