High Performance Cordless Reciprocating Saw
The Panasonic EY45A1X57 14.4V/18V Cordless Reciprocating Saw offers high speed performance for longer periods of continuous use, when using a high capacity Li-ion 4.2Ah Battery Pack. With anti-vibration springs technology the EY45A1X57 absorbs shock, for use with less fatigue over long periods. A keyless blade clamping system also makes blade replacement super easy. Compact & lightweight, dual voltage ready and IP56 rated, the Panasonic Tough Tool IP EY45A1X57 14.4V/18V Cordless Reciprocating Saw is built to meet the demands of busy job sites.
High Quality, Easy Replacement Blades
The Panasonic EY45A1X57 14.4V/18V Cordless Reciprocating Saw comes with a high
quality bi-metal 150mm blade (14 teeth per inch, cutting range 70mm) and a carbon
tool steel wood blade (5 teeth per inch, cutting range 150mm) as standard.
A keyless blade clamping system means blades can be secured in place by simply pushing
them into the saw. Blades are also easy to remove by simply turning the holder collar.
International Protection Code IP56 Rated
Panasonic Tough Tool IP Power Tools offer new levels of toughness, thanks to dust and water resistance technology recognised under the International Protection Code Standards. The IP Standards test is administered by the International Electro-technical Commission (IEC) and is designed to gauge the level of protection each product offers against dust and water when subjected to thorough examination.
Dual Voltage
The Panasonic EY45A1X57 offers dual voltage technology for powerful performance with either an 18V or 14.4V Battery. A special dual voltage circuit detects the voltage of the attached Battery Pack and controls the current and voltage flows to the tool to ensure optimum performance.
With a 14.4V Battery Pack it's easier to use for longer periods with lightweight compactness and with an 18V Battery Pack application speed and working capacity are increased.
