Smoothie Bowl
Colourful, healthy and Instagram-worthy, fuel up on all the nutrients you need with a delicious smoothie bowl.
Ingredients
Base
- 2ripe bananas, sliced (frozen)
- 1 cupmilk
- 1 cupplain yoghurt
- 1 cupstrawberries (frozen)
- 1 tsporange zest
Toppings
- strawberries
- blueberries
- Kiwiberries
- rock melon
- white dragonfruit
- Granola
Method
1) Place milk, plain yogurt, frozen bananas, frozen strawberries and orange zest into the blender.
2) Wrap the blender jar with ice jacket.
3) Blend all the ingredients using frozen function until smooth.
4) Pour into serving bowls and decorate with toppings of your choice.
