Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 70 gSoybean (Pre-soaked 12 hrs)
- 50 gCorn kernel
- 1000 mlWater
OPTIONAL
- 3 pcsMedjool date (pitted & chopped)
Steps
1) Pre-soak soybeans for 12 hrs. Roughly cut medjool dates.
2) Pour soaked soybeans, corn kernel and water into the blender.
3) Cover and secure lid. Select “Soy Milk” | 40 mins.
4) Add medjool dates through the valve 5 mins into cooking.
5) Sieve the mixture with a fine mesh filter.
Tip: Purée can be used as pastry dessert filling or baking cookie.
6) Add honey to taste if required. Serve with your favourite snack.
