Steamed Seafood Salad
Prawns, squid, clams, and a selection of healthy vegetables all come together into this seafood medley of a salad, served with a tangy, vibrant dressing that further uplifts the dish. You can have it with rice, as a side to a meaty main, or have it as a meal all on its own.

Ingredients
- 150 gClam (spitted sand)
- 140 gShrimp (head removed & deveined) & squid
- 60 gBroccoli
- 50 gCabbage
- 20 gCarrot
- 1 tbspLemon juice
- 2 twigsThyme
Dressing
- 1.5 tbspMayonnaise
- 1.5 tbspOriginal flavoured yoghurt
- 20 gPurple onion (minced)
- 0.5 tbspOlive oil
- Garlic (mashed) (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Coarsely ground pepper (to taste)
Steps
1) Remove the head, cut it open and clean the shrimp. Cut squid into appropriate bite sizes. Cut broccoli and cabbage into appropriate sizes. Slice carrots into strips.
2) Combine mayonnaise, plain yoghurt and olive oil in a bowl. Add minced purple onion, mashed garlic, salt and coarse ground pepper to taste.
Set aside as dressing.
3) Pour water into the Microwave Oven's water tank before cooking.
4) Place shrimp and squid at the center of the Grill Tray, and surround them with clams. Squeeze in lemon juice and add thyme.
5) Place the Grill Tray on the upper shelf of the Microwave Oven. Cook it using Combi 3 for 10 minutes.
Tips: If the clams are not completely open after heating, please reheat and monitor further.
6) Serve with the dressing for a flavourful seafood salad.
Tips: Repeat the cooking process and monitor if the clams fail to open fully. Pair with a bowl of pumpkin soup for a simple and hearty meal
