Sorbet for lung health: Acai Berry Sorbet
Jam-packed with nutrients and antioxidants, this fruity frozen treat is also very good for your lung and body health, too!
Ingredients
- 340gfrozen mixed berries
- 0.5cup frozen acai puree
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- agave nectar or sugar syrup to taste
Steps
1) Process the frozen mixed berries and acai puree in the slow juicer (using the sorbet attachment).
2) Stir the mixture until properly combined.
3) Serve immediately as it is or if you like to scoop up and serve in ice cream cones, you can place the sorbet in a clean tub, level it and freeze overnight to set. Once done, scoop up using an ice cream scoop and serve with cones.
