Main Ingredients

  • 400 gRockmelon
  • 20 gSnow fungus (Rehydrated)
  • 8 pcsDried red dates (Pitted)
  • 5 gDried goji berries
  • 15 gDried longan
  • 75 gRock sugar
  • 900 mlWater

Steps

1) Roughly cut rehydrated snow fungus. Soak the dried dates, goji berries and longans for about 10 mins.

2) Remove melon skin and seeds. Cut melon into 5 cm pieces.

3) Add all ingredients into the blender.

4) Cover and secure lid. Select “Healthy Soup”| 60 mins.

5) Add rock sugar and snow fungus through the valve 15 mins into cooking.
