Pumpkin Rice Flour Bread
Pumpkin is rich in beta-carotene, an important plant carotenoid that converts to vitamin A in the body. It is also a good source of vitamins C, K, and E, as well as a varity of minirals such as magnesium, potassium and iron.
Ingredients
- 185 gHigh Protein Flour
- 70 gRice flour
- 30 gBrown Sugar
- 35 gButter
- 30 gEgg
- 65 gPumpkin, steamed and mashed
- 105 mlMilk
- 1 tspInstant dry yeast
Steps
1) Place all the ingredients, except for instant dry yeast, into the bread pan.
2) Put the bread pan into the main body and instant dry yeast in the yeast dispenser. Press Menu to select “7” (Rice our bread).
3) Select Crust: Light.
4) Press Start.
5) When the bread is done, remove the bread pan from the machine and wait for 2 minutes, then remove the bread from the bread pan and cool it on a wire rack.
