Pineapple Mango Jam with Persimmon

Ingredients
- 270 gRipe pineapple, peeled and diced
- 200 gRipe Mango, peeled and diced
- 150 gSugar
- 1 tspVanilla essence
- 0.25 cupLemon juice
Steps
1) Place all the ingredients into Panasonic Cooking Blender, select FRUIT JAM -> START.
2) When it is done, set aside to cool and transfer into in airtight jar/container and keep in refrigerator. Best serve with toasties, crackers and scones.
