Multigrain Bread with Nuts and Raisin
Working seamlessly with your breadmaker, this incredibly easy recipe is hard to mess up! Start the morning with fresh delicious multigrain bread with nuts and raisin. It is rich in vitamins, minerals, dietary fibre and other nutrients that's essential to keep you and your loved ones going for the day!
Ingredients
- 300 gBob Mill’s ten Grain Bread Mix
- 170 mlWater
- 25 mlOlive Oil
- 2.5 gSalt
- 3.5 gInstant Dry Yeast
- 30 gRaisin, roughly chopped
- 30 gMix Nuts, roughly chopped
Steps
1) Add flour, salt, olive oil and water into bread pan. Insert to the machine, close the lid.
2) Add instant dry yeast into yeast dispenser.
3) Add raisin and nut into raisin and nut dispenser.
4) Select -> MODE 1 -> Select RAISIN -> YES -> TIMER -> Set Desire Time -> START.
5) Upon completion machine will beep, Press -> CANCEL. Remove bread pan, leave it on a towel, allow to cool for 2mins.
6) Remove bread from bread pan on to a wire rack, allow to cool completely.
