Ice-Cream Sandwiches

Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 100 gsugar
- 130 gbrown sugar
- 170 gbutter
- 1 tspvanilla essence
- 1.5eggs
- 310 gflour
- 1 tspbaking soda
Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 0.25 tspsalt
- 1.5 cupschocolate chips
- Vanilla ice cream
- Kellogg’s Froot Loops, broken into small pieces
- Hundreds Thousands
- Mini Chocolate Chips
Steps
1) Preheat Panasonic Electric Oven to 210°C on convection mode.
2) Cream together sugar, brown sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
3) Beat together eggs with vanilla essence until well combined.
4) Add eggs mixture into butter mixture.
5) Fold in flour, baking soda and salt.
6) Stir in the chocolate chips.
7) Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto the lined tray.
8) Bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
9) Cool cookies and use them to sandwich ice-cream with Froot Loops, hundreds thousands and mini chocolate chips.
TIPS: Match and freeze cookie halves in advance so that the ice-cream can hold shape longer when sandwiched.
