Homemade Peri Peri Sauce
Make this spicy, garlicky and tangy peri peri sauce at home just in 1 step! The sauce is great with both chicken and seafood or fantastic as dipping sauce, marinades and even spreads. It is vegan and gluten-free too.
Ingredients
- 0.25 cupOlive oil
- 300 gRed capsicum, deseeded and roughly chopped
- 4 nosRed chilli, deseeded and roughly chopped
- 100 gOnion, chopped
- 12 clovesGarlic
- 1 tbspSmoked paprika powder
- 0.5 tspGround pepper
- 2 tspSalt
- 1 tbspDried oregano
- 0.25 cupVinegar
- 1 tspLemon zest
- 1 tbspLemon juice
Steps
1) Place all the ingredients into Panasonic Cooking Blender, select CHILLI SAUCE -> START.
2) When it is done, it is ready to be used. For save for later, set aside to cool and transfer sauce into airtight jar/container and keep in refrigerator.
