Grilled Wagyu Skewer
Aromatic garlic and ginger match the teriyaki sauce perfectly! Recreating this rich and authentic dish is simple. Use Grill Mode to quickly grill both sides to a beautiful finish, without turning them over. The special tray also allows just the right amount of beef fat to drip off, for a healthy dish.

Ingredients
- 550 gBeef Flank Steak
- 2 tbspSugar
- 3 tbspSoy Sauce
- 1 tbspSake (optional)
- 1 cloveGinger, grated
- 1 cloveGarlic, crushed
- 1 tbspSesame Seeds
- 2 tbspCanola Oil
- 2Green Onions, chopped
Steps
1) Combine sugar, soy sauce, sake, ginger, garlic, sesame seeds, canola oil, and green onions in bowl.
*Before cooking, it is recommeded to saok the bamboo skewers in water for a few hours.
2) Mix ingredients together.
3) Slice beef flank steak into thin 2 x 2 inch pieces.
4) Marinate sliced beef with prepared marinade in resealable storage bag or container in the fridge. For best flavor, it is recommened to marinate at least for two hours.
5) Rmove bamboo skewers from water and skewer several pieces of beef onto bamboo sticks. Discard marinade after meat has been skewered.
6) Grill beef kushiyaki with the “Grill 1” mode for 16 minutes or until beef is cooked to desired wellness. There is no need to turn as the grill function applies heat to beef from both top and bottom.
