Golden Pineapple Jam
Perfect as a topping for your next batch of pineapple tarts or a spread for your breakfast toast, whip up your very own jar of homemade pineapple jam with this simple recipe.
Ingredients
- 500 gPineapple, remove skin and eyes, cut into cube
- 200 gSugar
- Half Lemon juice
- 1 inch longCinnamon stick
- One quarter Green apple
Method
1) Blend pineapple and apple in the blender for 30 seconds. Then, pour into the slow cooker pot.
2) Add in sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon stick. Mix well.
3) Cook 3 hours under “High” setting.
4) Pour the pineapple jam into a clean glass container. Set aside to cool.
5) Chill overnight in the refrigerator.
