Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 150 gRaw edamame (Deshelled)
- 120 mlWater
- 0.25 pcYellow onion
- 2 stalksSpring onion
- 0.25Avocado
- 1 tbspMiso paste
- 1 tspDijon mustard
- 3 tbspVegetable oil
- 1 tbspSesame oil
- 1 tbspLemon juice
- 0.25 tspChilli flakes
- Salt (To taste)
Garnish
- 1 tspCooked edamame
- 1 tspToasted sesame seeds
- 1 stalkChopped cilantro (optional)
Steps
1) Chop spring onion, cut onion and avocado into small pieces.
2) Add edamame and water into the cooking blender.
3) Cover and secure lid. Select “Chilli Sauce” | 35 mins.
4) 8-10 minutes into cooking, add spring onion, onion, avocado, miso paste, Dijon mustard, vegetable oil, sesame oil, lemon juice, chilli flakes, and salt.
5) Give the mixture a quick stir after 10-20 mins.
Caution: Remove scraper quickly; avoid stirring when blending starts.
6) Store and refrigerate in an airtight container.
7) Top with edamame and toasted sesame seeds. Serve warm.
