Cheesy Burger Bombs
These yummy Cheesy Burger Bombs with an overload of cheese are a flavor explosion in your mouth.
Ingredients
Burger patties
- 250 gminced beef
- 60 gonion, chopped
- 15 gbreadcrumbs
- 15 gegg
- A few dashes Lea & Perrin Sauce
- A few pinches salt
- A few pinches black pepper
Filling
- 90 gcheddar cheese block, cut into 4 pieces
- 4small burger buns
Garnishes
- Lettuce, tomato
Steps
1) Preheat Panasonic Electric Oven on to 200°C.
2) Brush a little oil onto baking tray that has been lined with aluminum foil.
3) Mix together all the ingredients for the burger patties.
4) Divide the beef mixture into four equal portions and shape into patties.
5) Stuff a piece of cheese in the middle of the patties.
6) Place patties onto prepared baking tray.
7) Bake for 10 – 15 minutes until the patties are just cooked.
8) Assemble into burgers with the burger buns and selected garnishes.
TIPS: For variation, try stuffing the patties with your favourite type of cheese.
