Brown Rice Salad
This bright and colorful rice salad is sure to give you a lift. Featuring brown rice, tuna and soybeans, it's both healthy and satisfying. Fragrant sesame oil adds a tantalizing flavor boost to a light salad.

- 150 gBrown Rice (cooked)
- 0.5Yellow Pepper
- 0.5stick Celery
- 0.5Avocado
- 0.5Cucumber
- 4Cherry Tomato
- 10Almond
- 1Canned Tuna Flake (in oil)
- 50 gSoybean (boiled)

- 1 tbspSesame Oil
- 1 tbspOlive Oil
- 4 tbsplemon juice
- 1 tbspWholegrain Mustard
- Salt (As desired)
Steps
1) Cook the rice on the Brown Rice cooking program (press Menu Select, then select "Brown").
2) Dice the bell pepper, celery and cucumber. Stone, peel and dice the avocado. Mix the celery leaves with the almonds, then chop finely. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
3) Turn out the cooked brown rice (150g) into a bowl and allow to cool.
4) Place the soybeans, the ingredients from list A and chopped vegetables from step 2 in the bowl, and mix everything well.
