Black Pepper Beef BBQ
This dish harnesses the perfect pairing of beef and black pepper in a simple-to-make recipe with the Panasonic Microwave Oven. You’ll have an incredibly tasty, balanced meal in no time at all!

Ingredients
- 300 gBeef belly
- 15 gCorn starch
- 1 pcsGarlic (sliced)
- 90 gOnion
- 60 gRed pepper
- 1 tbspCooking oil
- Salt (To taste)
Marinade
- 1.5 tbspSoy sauce
- 1.5 tbspOyster sauce
- 1.5 tspCastor sugar
- 1 tspRough black pepper
Steps
1) Put soy sauce, oyster sauce, castor sugar and black pepper in a large bowl. Add in beef slices, sliced garlic and cornstarch. Mix it well and marinate the beef slices for 10 minutes.
2) Cut onion and red pepper into chunks of 3cm. Toss it with salt and cooking oil.
3) Lay marinated beef slices in the centre of the Grill Tray with the mixed seasonings.
4) Place the grill tray on the upper shelf of the Microwave Oven. Cook it at Combi 1 (Grill 1 + MW 300W) for 8 minutes.
Tips: Serve with rice for a simple and quick meal.
