Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 2 pcsFuji apple
- 2 tbspButter
- 100 gSugar
Optional
- 0.3 tspSalt
- 0.25 tspCinnamon powder
- 0.5 tspVanilla Essence
- 1 Eggwash
Steps
1) Remove apple core and seeds. Cut apples into bite-sized pieces.
2) Add apple, sugar, butter, vanilla essence, cinnamon powder and salt into cooking blender.
3) Cover and secure lid. Select Fruit Jam | 1 hr 30mins.
4) Place thawed pastry sheets on the metal tray. Scoop 2 tbsp filling onto the centre of the pastry sheet. Fold into desired shape and brush pastry with egg wash.
5) Place pastry on the top and bottom shelf. Select Convection 190°C | 15 mins.
6) Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
7) Serve warm with soymilk ice cream or any desired topping.
