First of all, I would like to express my deep gratitude to your continuous and great support to Panasonic!

Thanks to discerning Vietnamese, Government, Customers and Partners, especially to the dedication with passion of our autonomous talented employees, we have made a successful year with higher growth than 2024 GDP, as total result of Panasonic Group in Vietnam, continuing to enhance trust and love of Vietnamese people towards Panasonic as Top Japan quality brand. With all your support, we are determined to enhance our core competence and maximize our values for our customers and business partners, leveraging our strengths of people-centric technology, manufacturing experience for both B2C and B2B segment, CSR initiatives focusing on education, environment and Wellness as 3 pillars for the sustainable development and prosperity of Vietnam.

Overall, in 2024, we have achieved remarkable results, together with Vietnamese economy recovery, bringing us closer to our next 50 years’ Vision to be a Wellness Solution Providing Company with profitable growth by contributing to Vietnamese Wellness Life and Wellness Society.

While we see many opportunities ahead, we also recognize the challenges. Climate change has become a global issue. In this context, Vietnam is highly vulnerable to extreme weather events and it’s obvious day by day. As economic growth continues, environmental issues become more pressing. Without a focus on people’s wellness and sustainable development of the country, we hardly envision the bright future especially for our children.

This year, we have achieved a very special milestone of 1 million trees for Wellness and Sustainability of Vietnam, thanks to the efforts and hard work of Panasonic’s employees. We aim to become the first foreign company to plant 1 mil trees in shortest period of 3 years. The number of 1 million will contribute to the green future for Vietnam and hundreds of hectares of forests created.

This year 2024 also marks the 5th year we have continously received the Top runner award of Ministry of Trade and Industry for the most energy efficiency to our Home appliance products, and the 3^rd continuous year of Top 50 Corporate sustainability award by the prestigous Nhip cau dau tu Magazine. I believe that all of us can be proud for our efforts and contribution towards these achievement and wellness of Vietnam.

On the other hand, maintaining the status quo will lose our competitiveness. We should always strive for improvement.

Looking forward to year of 2025, we shall celebrate the 20^th anniversary of Panasonic Vietnam itself. I believe that it is a valuable chance for us to look back on what we have achieved, and how we can contribute more in the future.
