Set the desired cooking temperature with the Slider Control Operating Panel and then our innovative Genius Sensor Technology takes care of measuring and controlling it. Genius Sensor Technology measures heat from the bottom of the cookware – not on the surface of the hob as with conventional appliances.

The result is precise, even heat distribution and meals exactly as you intended them.

Genius Sensor Technology

Innovative cooking technology at the highest level. The Panasonic Genius sensor measures temperatures between 140°C and 230°C using infrared sensors directly on the bottom of the cookware - and then keeps the temperature precise and constant. Ideal for juicy steaks and fluffy pancakes. The Genius Sensor+ operates over a temperature range of 65°C to 230°C - ideal for cooking at low temperatures and optimal for delicate preparation, such as for baby food.

Slider Control – cooking at the touch of a button

All the Panasonic induction cooking hob settings can be controlled intuitively with the slider and the function keys. Temperatures and cooking functions can be set quickly and easily by tapping the operating panel. And the blue LED display provides a perfect overview.

FlexZones - simply flexible

Thanks to the Panasonic Induction cooking hob's cooking zones, you can cook with pots, pans and roasters of any shape and size. Simply choose the cooking zone that fits your cookware, and the induction hob delivers the heat you need - evenly and accurately.

Autoboil function

This function does exactly what it says. Reduce cooking times to a minimum by selecting Autoboil and your induction cooktop will quickly bring the water to the boil and maintain optimal boiling temperature.

Cooking with induction - super safe

Induction hobs heat the contents of your cookware - not the cookware itself. The surface of the hob also remains relatively cool - apart from the heat released by the cookware's contents. Your fingers - and those of your family - are thus protected at all times, because, with its integrated child protection, you can deactivate the entire control panel when needed, protecting little fingers and avoiding accidents.

H for hot - protection from overheating and residual heat

You've never cooked with so much safety: The Genius Sensor can precisely sense the risk of overheating. In such a case, the temperature is automatically regulated and lowered. And while the cooking zones cool after use, a glowing "H" indicates which areas are still warm.

Automatic switch-off - safety first

For safety reasons, the induction hob will switch off automatically one minute after removing the cookware. Or when the sensors detect an unexpected situation - such as when small items are detected on the plate or when cookware is missing or empty. This not only helps with safety but also with saving energy.
