Teriyaki Salmon
This tempting salmon dish features a teriyaki sauce with aromatic sesame oil to stimulate the tastebuds. Simply marinade in the sauce then pop in the microwave oven to cook. Best of all, the marinade won't spatter around so it's easy to clean up afterwards!
What to prepare
Ingredients
- 250 gSalmon
- 2Spring Onion/Scalions, cut into 3cm lengths
- 3Padron Pepper
- 2 tbspSoy Sauce
- 1 tbspHoney
- 1 tspSesame Oil
Steps
1) Mix the soy sauce, honey and sesame oil together to make the teriyaki sauce. Pour the sauce into a resealable freezer bag, add the salmon pieces, and seal the bag. Leave to marinate at room temperature for several hours before cooking.
2) Place the spring onions/scallions and the Padron peppers in a heatproof dish. Add the salmon pieces along with the marinade, and put the dish on the wire shelf.
3) Slot the shelf into the middle shelf position, and cook on Combi 12 for 10 minutes. Remove the shelf, turn the salmon pieces over, and spoon the marinade over them. Replace the shelf in the upper shelf position, and cook for a further 5 minutes.
