Milk Tea Loaf

1) Add all ingredients into Panasonic bread pan except for the yeast. Put the bread pan into bread maker and put yeast into the yeast dispenser. Select menu “8” and press start.

2) When you hear beep sounds, open the lid and take out dough from bread pan. Remove the blade.

3) On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangular shape and sprinkle the 3-in-1 instant tea mix over it. Roll the dough up like a Swiss roll, pinch the ends to seal the dough.

4) Cut the dough into 4 equal portions and place it back into bread pan facing upwards. Place bread pan back into the bread maker and press start.

5) Once done, remove the bread and let it cool on a wire rack.

6) To make the frosting, cream all the ingredients together till smooth then spread the frosting onto the surface of the bread. Dust with a dash of all spice over the bread and serve.
