Beetroots hummus
The introduction of nutritious beetroot adds both colour and flavour to the all-time classic hummus. Not only is it perfect with crackers or bread, it brightens up the table too! So easy to make, it's sure to be a hit at your next party.

- 300 gsliced Beetroot
- 1.5 cupChickpeas (boiled)
- 1.5 tbspOlive Oil
- 2 clovesGarlic
- Salt (To taste)
- 3 tbspTahini (Sesame Paste)
- Lemon Juice (As desired)
- Ice (for texture) (As desired)
Steps
1) Place all ingredients in the blender jug. Put the lid on then fit the blender jug onto the base.
2) Blend at Speed 2 until smooth.
