Terms & Conditions for “Win a Trip to Japan” Campaign
1. For every purchase of S$100.00 worth of Panasonic Products (in a single receipt/invoice) made between 15 November 2024 and 9 February 2025 (both dates inclusive) from Panasonic Singapore’s authorized retailers* or Panasonic Singapore’s Official Online Stores on Lazada, Amazon, Shopee, or https://www.panasonic.com/sg/, participants will receive 1 Lucky Draw chance. You could win one (1) of the following prizes: A pair of round-trip Singapore Airlines Business Class tickets from Singapore to Tokyo (Haneda Airport) (3 winners).
* Purchases must be made from Panasonic Singapore’s authorised retailers.

To participate in the Lucky Draw, customers must complete and submit their entries at https://bit.ly/JapanWithPanasonic. Alternatively, customers may also scan the QR code to submit their Lucky Draw entries. Only online entries will be entitled to participate in the Lucky Draw. All online entries must reach Panasonic Singapore by 11.59pm on 15 February 2025.
2. By submitting your contact information and participating in the Lucky Draw, you consent to Panasonic Singapore and its authorized advertising agency using your contact details for the Lucky Draw purposes, including facilitating the event and contacting you. If you win, your name may be announced on Panasonic Singapore’s Official Facebook page. Additionally, photos will be taken and used to announce winners on Panasonic Singapore's social media channels. Your information may also be submitted to relevant authorities if you are a winner.
3. The Lucky Draw will be conducted at 2 pm on 21 February 2025. There are a total of 3 winners. Each winner can win only one(1) prize.
4. Winners will be notified by email within 2 weeks from the Lucky Draw’s Date. Participants are required to provide valid contact email addresses at the point of Lucky Draw entry submissions. Panasonic Singapore will not be held liable in the event the winners cannot be contacted via email.
5. As part of the redemption process of the prizes, winners MUST PRESENT a copy of the winners notification email and the original receipt/invoice for verification at Panasonic Singapore’s Customer Care Centre, 202 Bedok South Avenue 1, Singapore 469332. Mondays to Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturdays: 9.00am to 1.30pm (Closed on Sundays, Public Holidays and Company Designated Holidays).
6. Panasonic Singapore reserves the right to disqualify any winners who is unable to present a complete set of the above required documents.
7. Prizes not redeemed after two(2) months from winners notification date will be forfeited and it shall be disposed at Panasonic Singapore’s sole discretion.
8. All prizes are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable. Panasonic Singapore decisions are final and no correspondence or disputes will be entertained.
9. In the event that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the prizes cannot be awarded to the Winner or are otherwise unavailable, Panasonic Singapore retains the right to substitute the prize with online vouchers or equivalent for purchasing Panasonic products from https://www.panasonic.com/sg/. Please note that cash or any other forms of substitution will not be provided.
10. Panasonic Singapore reserves the right to substitute any prize with that of similar value at any time without prior notice.
11. Panasonic Singapore reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
12. This Lucky Draw is open to all residents of Singapore above 18 years of age (as at 1 January 2024 except employees and immediate families of Panasonic Singapore, its advertising agencies, participating authorized retailers and any other parties directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the “Win a Trip to Japan” Campaign.
13. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Singapore laws and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
14. Your submission of an entry and participation in the Lucky Draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Terms & Conditions for Air Ticket
1. Travel Voucher is Non-exchangeable for cash.
2. Travel Voucher is valid for redemption within 12 months from date of issue.
3. The value of this voucher can only be redeemed against Ticket booked with Pegasus Travel Management Pte Ltd.
4. For avoidance of doubt, Travel Voucher is only applicable to be used for new booking and not be associated to any previous or ongoing bookings with Pegasus Travel Management Pte Ltd.
5. The Air Ticket booked with the Travel Voucher cannot be refunded in cash.
6. Travel dates are subject to availability upon voucher redemption.
7. This voucher is non-refundable and non-extendable.
8. To make your travel reservations, please call +65 6327 8460 or email alphateam@pegasustravel.com.sg with your voucher number.
9. Please present the original voucher at time of reservation. Winner will be billed in full if reservation is booked without original voucher presented.
10. Should travel services booked exceed the value of this travel voucher, the balance is to be settled by the Winner.
11. Business Class Ticket is based on Singapore Airlines’ Business Lite Fare
12. Rebooking fee or Reissue fee will apply should there be any change to be made after booking or issuance of the ticket.

- Reissue fee @SGD 30 per change (**fee may subject to change)
13. Ticket once issued is Non-refundable
