Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 290 gBread Flour
- 50 gPlain Yoghurt (Unsweetened)
- 160 mlChilled Water
- 2.7 gDry Yeast
- 60 gTropical Dried Fruit Mix (Chopped)
Steps
1) Prepare ingredients and set aside.
2) Mount the kneading blade.
3) Add bread flour, plain yoghurt and chilled water into the bread pan.
4) Place the bread pan back into the main body. Add dry yeast into the yeast container. Add dried fruit mix into the raisin / nut container.
5) Select Menu 1 [Bread] > [Raisins: Yes Normal] > 4 hrs > [Start].
6) Remove the bread and let it cool. Serve and enjoy.
