Seafood steamed with herbs and lemon
This herbed, lemony steamed seafood dish is temptingly juicy and delectable.

- 6Mussel
- 2Scallop
- 4Shrimp
- 80 gAsparagu
- 1Lemon
- 1Lime
- 10 gLemon Grass
- 15 gGinger
- 4 cmGreen Onion (white stalks) (cut into thin strips)
- Salt (A pinch)
- Black Pepper (A pinch)
- 1 tspSesame Oil
- Cilantro for Garnish (As desired)
Steps
1) Slice the lemon, lime and ginger.
2) Arrange the clams, mussels, scallops, shrimps and asparagus on the grill tray. Scatter the lemon, lime, ginger and lemon grass evenly on top.
3) Heat for 15 mins using the Steam+Grill mode.
4) Soak green onions in water for about 10 mins, then strain.
5) To serve, garnish with green onions and cilantro before serving.
