Ingredients

IN THE CHICKEN CAVITY
- 1White Onion
- 2Garlic Clove
BUTTER SPICES
- 50 gButter
- 2 tbspThyme
- 2 tbspRosemary
- 2Garlic Clove
MIXED SEASONINGS
- 1 tbspSweet Chilli Powder
- 1 tbspSalt
- 1 tbspBlack Pepper
SIDE DISHES
- 750 gSweet Potato
- 500 gCelery
Steps
1) Slice the celery and sweet potatoes.
2) Finely chop the white onion and garlic and stuff into the cavity of the chicken.
3) Tie the chicken cavity with a hemp rope, then mix the mixed seasonings and spread them evenly over the chicken.
4) Heat and dissolve the butter, chop the spices and mix them with the butter to make the spiced butter. Apply the spiced butter evenly over the chicken.
5) Place the chicken in the middle of a baking tray and put the celery and carrots around it.
6) Preheat the oven in 190°C on Steam mode for 15 mins and place the baking tray into the oven.
7) After 30 mins, take out the baking tray, brush the chicken with a layer of spiced butter and return the chicken to the oven for another 30 mins until the chicken is crisp and golden brown.
