Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 180 gTsubuan (Chunky Azuki Bean Paste)
- 100 mlMilk
- 40 mlFresh Cream (Milk Fat 35%)
- 15 gCondensed Milk
- 20 gGranulated Sugar
- Salt to taste (Optional)
Steps
1) Prepare ingredients and set aside.
2) Mount the kneading blade in the bread pan. Add Tsubuan, milk, fresh cream, condensed milk, granulated sugar and salt.
3) Place the bread pan back into the main body.
Caution: Cover bread pan with foil to prevent splatters.
4) Select Menu 12 | Cake Mode 1 hr 30 mins. Stir after 12 mins when it beeps. Press start to continue baking.
5) Pour the jam out to let it cool.
Tip: Refrigerate and store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
6) Serve with mochi or as a spread.
