- 250 gBread Flour
- 190 mlChilled Water
- 1.4 gDry Yeast
Mixed Dried Fruits And Nuts (Chopped)
- 9 gRaisin
- 9 gDried Blueberries
- 9 gDried Cranberries
- 9 gDried Orange Peel
- 24 gWalnuts
Steps
1) Cut mixed dried fruits and walnuts into 5 mm cubes.

2) Mount the kneading blade in the bread pan.

3) Add bread flour and chilled water into the bread pan.

4) Place the bread pan back into the main body. Pour dry yeast into the yeast container. Add walnuts and mixed dried fruits into the raisin/ nut container. Select Menu 4 [French Bread] > [Raisins: Yes, Regular] > 5 Hours.

5) Remove the bread and let it cool.

6) Slice bread. Serve and enjoy.
