- 2tbspVegetable Oil
Steps
1) For preparing fresh veges such as sweet potato, potato and carrots. Peel and cut the veges into baton shape.
2) Toss in a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
3) Turn the dial to select program 19 (UK19 but German 20), Fresh vege Fries. Press the dial to confirm the program.
4) Press Start to preheat the oven. After preheating, beeps sound and 'P' will flash in the display.
5) Place the veges on the enamel tray on the wire rack. Turn the dial to enter weight of food (300g) and press Start. Turn/ Stir at beeps.
