- 280 gCashew nut
- 1 wholeTomato
- 0.5 pcBell pepper (Small)
- 1 cloveGarlic
- 2 tspMiso paste
- 400 mlWater
- 1 tspOnion powder
- 0.5 tspGarlic powder
- Chilli powder (to taste)
- 0.5 tspCumin powder
- Salt (to taste)
Garnish
- 1 tbspExtra-virgin olive oil
- Cracked black pepper (to taste)
Steps
1) Roughly cut tomato and bell pepper into pieces.
2) Add cashew nuts, tomato, bell pepper, and garlic.
3) Add miso paste, water, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin powder, chilli powder and salt into the cooking blender.
4) Cover and secure lid. Select “Nut Milk” | 35 mins.
5) Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil and top with a sprinkle of black pepper.
6) Serve with any desired snacks.
