Cajun Shrimp Salad Bowl

Ingredients
- 12 nosShrimp
- 1 tbspOlive oil
- 1 noOrange, cut into segment
- 1 noAvocado, sliced
- 4nos Red cherry radish, sliced
- Handful of salad leaves
- Handful cherry tomatoes, halved
For Cajun seasoning:
- 1 tbspCajun Seasoning
- 1 tspMixed Herb
- 1 tbspOlive oil
- 0.25 tspBlack pepper
Steps
1) Place shrimp onto Cubie Oven baking tray and season shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
2) Select “Healthy Fry” function and preheat. Place Cajun shrimp into Cubie oven and cook on Healthy Fry for 7 minutes.
3) Place healthy-fried Cajun shrimp onto serving plate, followed by avocado, cherry radish, cherry tomatoes and salad leaves. Best served with citrus salad dressing.
