Beef Mushroom Donburi
A quick & simple meal that is beefy, well-balanced, and most importantly, tasty! Just make an umami soy sauce marinade, toss it with beef slices, mushrooms, and a medley of vegetables, roast it in our Panasonic oven, and you’ll have a healthy, flavourful meal!

Ingredients
- 180 gSliced beef belly
- 80 gHonshimeji mushroom
- 80 gBrown swordbelt mushroom (optional)
- 30 gRed pepper
- 30 gGreen onion
- 1 pcGarlic
- 1 sliceGinger
- 400 gWarm rice
(Ingredients A) Sauce & Marinade
- 2 tbspCooking oil
- 1.5 tbspSoya sauce
- 1 tbspOyster sauce
- 2 tspSesame oil
- 1 tspFish sauce
- 1 tspCorn starch
- 0.5 tspCastor sugar
- Sesame seeds (to garnish)
Steps
1) Prepare the following ingredients:
• Cut the mushrooms into appropriate size.
• Cut the red pepper into 1 cm wide shreds.
• Slice garlic and ginger.
• Cut the green onion into 3 cm length.
• Cut and slice beef into bite size.
2) Combine ingredients A into a bowl and mix well.
3) Add in the sliced beef and chopped vegetables; stir to mix well.
4) Spread the ingredients in the centre of the Grill Tray. Ensure that the vegetables do not overlap the beef slices.
5) Place the tray on the lower shelf. Cook it using Combi 1 (Grill 1 + MW 300 W) for 10-12 mins.
Tips: Adjust time and power based on beef thickness.
6) Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve the cooked beef and vegetables alongside or serve on rice.
