This is Yuki Iwai, a Japanese sushi chef that was headhunted from Nagoya, Japan to come and work as the chef here in Malaysia.

A chef by trade, an artisan by choice; the only thing that rivals his elegance with a knife is the taste of the sushi placed before you. The sushi is as beautiful in presentation as it is delicious to eat, you won’t be disappointed if you make a trip to this haven of Japanese cuisine.
